Grilled rice ball
焼きおにぎり
Ingredients
- Rice: 150g
- Dashi: 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Roasted sesam: as you like
- Sake: 2 tablespoons
- Mirin: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Sesam oil
- Korean sea weed (Nori)
Preparation
- Cook your rice and dashi like japanese master
- Mix dashi, soy sauce and roasted sesam into the rice
- Shape the rice into triangle form like picture
- Fry the triangle rice in a pan with sesam oil till both side of the surface will be a little bit burnt
- Put a little bit butter and pour mixed sake, mirin and soy sauce on the pan
- Before you eat it put a korean sea weed on the rice ball
