Grilled rice ball 焼きおにぎり

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cook your rice and dashi like japanese master
  2. Mix dashi, soy sauce and roasted sesam into the rice
  3. Shape the rice into triangle form like picture
  4. Fry the triangle rice in a pan with sesam oil till both side of the surface will be a little bit burnt
  5. Put a little bit butter and pour mixed sake, mirin and soy sauce on the pan
  6. Before you eat it put a korean sea weed on the rice ball
